Development of agents

Immungenetics AG is actively developing new pharmaceutical agents addressing genetic markers as targets. Thereby, these new agents will not be foreign and synthetic substances but genetic information which are specifically inserted into a cell and can be active for days, months or even years. Due to these inserted genes or genetic segments the cell will be enabled to generate the vital agent itself thus avoiding a permanent medication and the minimising of side effects due to foreign substances.

Immungenetics AG can in cooperation with the UK-SH test newly developed agents regarding functionality, effectiveness and treatability in well established animal models for multiple sclerosis, rheumathoid arthrithis, systemical lupus erythematodes and psoriais and thereby support your research with significant parts of the necessary precinical research.

Immungenetics AG cooperates In the area of neurodegenerative deseases, e. g. AD and Parkinson’s disease, and the ABC-transporters with Prof. Pahnke.
